Inaugural function of the College Union, Gymkhana & NSS Unit Activities for the year 2023-24
The college has organized Inaugural function of the “College Union, Gymkhana & NSS Unit” activities for the year 2023-24 held on 28 th December, 2024. The programme commenced with the lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries on dais. Smt. Vyshali. M.L. IAS, Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Gadag was the Chief Guest. In her speech she highlighted that, education through book is not enough but also importance should be given for the practical training also. Further she expressed that as you are LLB students, it is very important for you to have good relationship with society, which also helps to solve many of the evils in the society. She also added that Students of Law should develop leadership qualities.Prof.(Dr.) Suresh V. Nadagoudar, Registrar/Registrar Evaluation, Karnataka State RuralDevelopment & Panchayat Raj University, Gadag was the Guest of Honor. He addressed thestudents need for education and learning. The role of learning begins with preparation and the process of preparation should start from the day of joining the institution. Learning does not only mean from the textbooks, but also from various activities you involve yourself.
Shri B. G. Shellikeri, Member, Local Governing Body, Gadag was the president & Shri jaihanuman H.K. Principal of the college presided over the function. The programme commenced with the prayer song by Mr. Akash Bhadrapur. Shri Jaihanuman H.K. Principal of the college introduced and welcomed the guests. Dr. C. B. Ranagattimath, Physical Education Director given oath to the new student’s council members. Miss Chairta Goudar was the master of ceremony. Miss Noorfatima Akki, General secretary proposed the vote of thanks. All the students, teaching and non teaching staff were present.
